Nick Wolf is ACRE’s Vice President of Construction, overseeing every aspect of the firm’s portfolio of value-add construction and renovation projects. His responsibilities include planning, budget creation, design, project negotiations, emergency response, and oversight of renovation construction teams and projects.
Prior to joining ACRE in 2019, Mr. Wolf owned and operated a residential and multi-family general contracting firm and residential real estate investment group. Having worked in the trades, and in every level of site and project management, he offers a unique skillset that blends high-level physical plant direction and oversight with technical skills and real-world application. He brings more than 15 years of construction and management experience in the residential, commercial, and multi-family sectors, and has overseen the renovation of more than 13,000 units.
Mr. Wolf is a licensed general contractor, as well as a member of the US Green Building Council where he is LEED Certified at the Advanced Professional level in Homes and Multi-Family Midrise design and construction.
