Andrew Lieber is a Senior Associate, Acquisitions & Originations, responsible for credit underwriting, capital markets management, market research, and assisting in the originations of new loans and transaction closings. Andrew has more than four years of experience in loan valuation, property underwriting, and credit risk analysis. Prior to joining ACRE in 2021, he was an Associate at Spring11, a subsidiary of Newmark Knight Frank, where he was responsible for underwriting, due diligence, and deal preparation for over $1 billion of commercial real estate debt opportunities for multifamily, office and retail assets across the United States. Previously, Andrew was an Assurance Associate in the Wealth and Asset Management practice at Ernst & Young. He graduated with a B.S. in Finance and Masters in Accounting from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. Mr. Lieber is a Certified Public Accountant and licensed real estate salesperson in the State of New York.
