ACRE Credit leverages the network, team and track record of our broader platform and focuses on multifamily-backed real estate credit investments in both public and private markets across the capital stack. The Fund provides direct loans against high-quality assets and sponsors with an investment scope focused on both fixed- and floating-rate bridge loans, mezzanine loans, construction finance loans, GSE securitizations, and preferred equity investments.

ACRE is active in the United Kingdom and in Southeast Asia where we are pioneering multifamily real estate as an emerging asset class. Following the establishment of ACRE’s multifamily platform in Thailand, ACRE is expanding its development efforts into other compelling markets across Southeast Asia, including two multifamily projects in development in Thailand totaling 927 units.
