Nick Vittorio is an Associate responsible for credit underwriting, due diligence, asset management, and assisting in the execution of new investments. Prior to joining ACRE, Nick spent over 2 years as an investment analyst at PGIM Real Estate in the firm’s Agency Financing group, where he was focused on the underwriting of new originations and assisting with loan workouts in special servicing. Mr. Vittorio earned a B.S. in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate Analysis & Development from Pennsylvania State University.
