Lindsay Nightingale joined ACRE as a Controller in March 2024. Ms. Nightingale has over a decade working in audit, administration, and management of accounting for alternative investments. Most recently, Ms. Nightingale was the Assistant Controller for Balbec Capital, a $5 Billion global investment firm focused on distressed opportunities in residential and commercial mortgage loans. There, she managed all aspects of the accounting cycle for Balbec’s flagship funds. Prior to that, she spent 5 years at Trident Trust as a manager of administration for real estate and private equity funds. Ms. Nightingale has her B.B.A in Finance and International Business from Villanova University, and her M.B.A in Accounting from Georgia State University.
