Sydney Bovino is ACRE’s Chief Accounting Officer, overseeing all accounting and finance operations for the firm and its investments. Prior to joining ACRE in August 2022, Ms. Bovino was the Controller of Ecovest Capital, Inc., an environmentally focused real estate investment and development company.
From 2014 to 2016, Ms. Bovino was an Assistant Vice President in the Alternative Investment Solutions group at State Street Corporation, providing fund administration support for large clients in the real estate industry. Earlier in her career, she served in senior accounting roles for major real estate and investment entities such as Northstar Realty Finance Corporation and Morgan Stanley Real Estate. Ms. Bovino began her career as an auditor with Reznick, Fedder and Silverman, and Pricewaterhouse Coopers.
Ms. Bovino graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Auburn University and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Georgia.
