Director of Development | Miami
Jesse Kehoe is ACRE’s Director of Development, overseeing the full-cycle development process for commercial and residential projects across the firm’s portfolio. His responsibilities include planning, feasibility, pre-construction and design processes, as well as oversight of construction.
Prior to joining ACRE, Mr. Kehoe served as a Senior Development Manager at Fortis Design + Build in Miami, Fla., where he oversaw a development pipeline of over 2,400 multifamily units, ranging from high-rise towers to “garden-style” projects. He brings more than 12 years of development experience across the multifamily, office, and hotel sectors.
Mr. Kehoe holds an MSRE degree from Georgetown University and a BA degree from Florida Atlantic University. He is a licensed general contractor, as well as a member of the Urban Land Institute and US Green Building Council.
