Dina Rancourt is an Asset Manager with ACRE. Ms. Rancourt has twenty-five years of experience in real estate investment, operations, and asset management. She began her career with Fath Properties, a small Regional Property Management owner operator in Cincinnati, Ohio, as a leasing agent. During her career, she worked her way up through site management into executive leadership. Before joining ACRE, Ms. Rancourt was Executive Vice President at First Communities for the ACRE Portfolio and the Vice President of Asset Management for Denizen Management in Carmel, Indiana, prior to that.
Ms. Rancourt’s previous experience includes multi-site operational management in residential and commercial applications, executive leadership, risk management, capital replacement analysis and execution, new business development and start-up, business plan development and execution, and increasing market share and profitability of large portfolios.
Ms. Rancourt graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Art from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
