VP - Acquisitions | Miami
Rob Liebel is a Vice President responsible for acquisition underwriting and business development for ACRE. Mr. Liebel has experience in acquisitions, dispositions, and ground-up development, focusing in the multifamily space. Prior to joining ACRE, Mr. Liebel was an Associate at SunCap Property Group, where he was responsible for underwriting and qualifying multifamily investment opportunities. Previously, he was an analyst at Holiday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF), where he focused on debt/equity/investment sale dispositions and originations. While participating in Division I Football, Mr. Liebel earned a B.S. in Economics from Pennsylvania State University. Robert is currently a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI).
